Report a problem

Tell us your game version, Story or Inferno, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive details.

Save & resume

Your run is stored on your device. Return to the same mode to continue. An optional account does not currently back up your progress to the cloud; reinstalling or deleting app data can remove it.

Optional ads

Ad-enabled beta builds use Google test ads. You can skip every ad and keep playing. Failed or early-closed ads do not grant a reward. If Google requires privacy options, find Ad privacy choices in Settings → Sound & support.

Account deletion

Use Account → Delete Account in the game to delete your optional sign-in account. This does not erase local progress or cancel app-store purchases. For help accessing or deleting account information, email us above.
